




The mechanical maintenance professional is responsible for planning and performing maintenance activities on industrial machines and equipment (injection molding machines, extruders, printers, cutting machines, and welding machines). Their main responsibilities include: \- Maintenance Planning \- Analyze maintenance history and control system data \- Verify availability of materials and tools \- Estimate service time and define schedule \- Determine workforce quantity and team composition \- Mechanical Maintenance \- Perform maintenance services on equipment, interpreting manuals and technical drawings \- Conduct physical and mechanical tests to detect failures \- Disassemble and reassemble mechanical assemblies, measuring dimensional parameters \- Replace or refurbish parts \- Calibrate, align, and level equipment and machines \- Inspection and Testing \- Conduct regular inspections to assess operating conditions \- Test the operation of machines and equipment \- Lubricate machines, components, and tools \- Documentation and Safety \- Document technical information, preparing reports and technical opinions \- Maintain records of time spent per maintenance service \- Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized \- Prioritize use of non-polluting chemicals and material recycling \- Development and Improvement \- Propose and develop devices to reduce accident risks \- Perform modernization services on machines and equipment Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$3,000.00 \- R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
