Job Summary: A Foreign Trade professional to oversee import processes and liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and monitor import and export processes. 2. Issue and verify foreign trade documents. 3. Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders. **Foreign Trade Analyst** We are seeking a professional with experience in **Foreign Trade** to oversee **import processes**, maintain relationships with **customs brokers**, and coordinate with **freight forwarders**. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor end-to-end import and export processes; * Issue and verify documents such as invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, among others; * Monitor shipment deadlines, customs clearance, and cargo arrival; * Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders; * Verify and monitor compliance with customs requirements; * Complete foreign exchange settlement for imports; * Update the system with current process information; **Required Qualifications:** * Degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or prior knowledge in Foreign Trade is preferred; * Intermediate English proficiency is preferred; * Prior experience in import/export operations; * Knowledge of foreign trade documents and customs regimes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * ERP and Siscomex system knowledge is desirable **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary * Benefits: \[transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance] **If you identify with this position, please send your resume to: alessandra@odontomega.com.br** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
