Job Summary: Drive emergency vehicles for patient care and transportation, perform vehicle checklists, carry out basic maintenance, and assist the healthcare team. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in continuous training and improvement programs **Objective:** * Operate ground-based emergency vehicles designated for patient care and transportation. The employee is stationed at the assigned base and responds to emergencies on public roads, businesses, residences, clinics, and hospitals upon dispatch by the emergency center. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily fleet inspection checklists — including the on-duty ambulance and reserve ambulances; * Initiate service orders and notify supervisors and the fleet maintenance department whenever mechanical, electrical, or other types of maintenance are required, and monitor resolution progress; * Participate in training programs for pre-hospital care, traffic legislation, and defensive driving; * Immediately inform the supervisor in case of involvement in a traffic accident, with or without injuries, and follow company-established procedures; * Fully understand the vehicle and perform basic maintenance; * Be thoroughly familiar with the local road network; * Know the locations of all healthcare facilities integrated into the local assistance system; * Assist the healthcare team with basic life support maneuvers, immobilization, and victim transportation; * Perform basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR); * Identify all types of equipment present in emergency response vehicles and their purposes to effectively assist the healthcare team; **Prerequisites:** * High school diploma, CNH Category D license, valid Emergency Vehicle Driver Training Course certificate compliant with qualification and operational standards. * Pre-Hospital Care Training Course.
