**Job Responsibilities**
This professional will be responsible for **the entire payroll and labor obligations routine**, ensuring legal compliance, process organization, and strategic support to the team and clients.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Payroll Management**: monthly payroll closing, variable entries, vacation calculations, 13th salary, hiring, terminations, and supplementary payrolls.
* **Ancillary Obligations**: submission and verification of e-Social events, DCTFWEB and REINF closing, as well as auditing FGTS and DARF payment slips.
* **Taxes and Reporting**: issuance and control of payment slips (FGTS, DARFs, union dues), analytical reports, receipts, and tax tracking.
* **Benefits and Leaves**: management of medical certificates, social security leaves, maternity leave, and work-related accidents.
* **Audits and Legislation**: updating collective bargaining agreements, monitoring labor law changes, and ensuring compliance across all processes.
* **Support and Communication**: guidance to managers and employees, preparation of internal documents and communications.
* **Labor Proceedings**: document submission, handling, and follow-up of client-related requests.
* **Client Relationship Management**: participation in periodic meetings, presentation of results, and preparation of strategic reports.
* **Team Management**: technical support, training, activity monitoring, and assistance in conflict resolution.
* **Planning and Continuous Improvement**: creation of monthly schedules, analysis of productivity indicators, and identification of process optimization opportunities.
* **Auditing and Control**: detailed analysis of hires, terminations, overtime, and leaves, ensuring accuracy and reliability of outcomes.
**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related fields;
* Mandatory experience in payroll calculation and ancillary obligation processes;
* Mandatory solid and proven experience in Human Resources Department;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Experience handling other taxes.
* Accounting experience is considered a plus.
* Proficiency in labor laws and ERP systems.
* Familiarity with Questor system is considered a plus.

Compensation: BRL 4,500.00 – BRL 6,000.00 per month
