




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience (minimum 4 years) in payroll processing for medium- to large-sized companies; * Proficiency in payroll routines, labor charges, labor calculations, and eSocial; * Knowledge of labor, social security legislation, and collective bargaining agreements; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Execute and verify the complete payroll cycle (monthly payroll, advances, vacations, 13th salary, terminations, and labor charges); * Perform closing and submission of eSocial events (S-1200, S-2299, S-1210, S-5001, S-5011, and others); * Review and calculate labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and monitor their payment slips; * Manage onboarding, offboarding, vacations, leaves of absence, and employee movements; * Verify timekeeping integrations, accounting entries, and reconciliations related to payroll; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements; * Conduct internal analyses and audits to validate calculations and prevent inconsistencies; * Prepare managerial reports and payroll performance indicators. 2512110202491913805
