Working Hours: * 6-hour daily shift, Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (3 hours only) Compensation and Benefits: * Fixed salary: R$ 1\.621,00 * Meal or food allowance: R$ 17.20 per workday * Monthly variable compensation: up to 1.5 times the base salary, based on goal achievement * Health and dental insurance (voluntary enrollment) * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Real growth opportunities within the company Requirements: * Minimum age of 18 * Completed elementary education * Basic computer skills * No prior experience required — we provide full training and teach everything here!
