




Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing root causes, developing action plans, mapping processes, reviewing and standardizing SGQ documents, and delivering quality-related training. Conducting quality-related training and onboarding of new employees REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferred); * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard is considered a plus; MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform root cause analysis, develop action plans, and monitor occurrences via system-generated "tickets"; * Map processes, and review, format, and validate procedures and work instructions; * Review and standardize mandatory SGQ documents; * Initiate Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and evaluate effectiveness per procedure; * Deliver training on ticket creation and completion; continuous improvement initiatives; new procedures; and onboarding of new employees; * Monitor departments regarding quality standards, performance indicators, and company-mandated documents; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.600,00 - R$2.812,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
