**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Professional **Job Description and Responsibilities:*** Conduct critical project analysis together with the Site Foreman, identifying situations that may impact the project;
* Monitor the physical construction schedule, assist in material take-off; specify storage locations and control ongoing services;
* Assist in maintaining the site diary;
* Perform physical construction progress mapping;
* Assist and execute tasks delegated by the Site Foreman;
* Inspect foundation-related works;
* Inspect structural works (structural or conventional masonry);
* Inspect civil labor works (masonry, tiling, swimming pools, interior and exterior plastering – façades and common areas, structural leveling, among others);
* Inspect finishing works (installation of window frames and railings, door installation, painting, final electrical and plumbing finishes, electrical and plumbing testing, among others);
* Conduct service inspections according to checklist;
* Monitor materials according to on-site usage;
* Inspect, report to the Site Foreman, and coordinate with contractors to resolve potential conflicts;
* Monitor contractor/partner services for quality evaluation;
* Monitor work fronts per meeting minutes and planning agreed with management;
* Supervise contractor/partner services and workforce;
* Participate in and lead DDS – Daily Safety Dialogue;
* Daily engagement in the four pillars of engineering (Schedule, Cost, Quality, and Safety);
* Participate in internal and external audits;
* Assist in keeping the construction site clean and organized;
* Know and apply collective protective equipment (CPE) and understand its use and importance on-site;
