If it feels good, we do it! **Position Summary:** * Supports brand teams in adapting and/or requesting packaging designs based on solid guidance from the Strategic Design Agency and/or internal standards. * Is responsible for creating and delivering adaptive packaging projects and digital mock-ups to support concept development or implementation of new product concepts, identities, and/or updates to guidelines, ensuring correct application of packaging design systems to guarantee design consistency and support Design Excellence at Nestlé. * The primary focus is to complement the efforts of our strategic design partners and maintain established guidance for scopes that are inherently adaptive, ensuring coherent and accurate deliverables. **Day-to-day responsibilities…** * Supports, facilitates, and executes design activities as part of implementing new packaging design systems and/or established brand identities across various markets and languages. * Ensures accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Brand Standards across all delivered projects, regardless of packaging purpose (concept, promotional packaging, displays, etc.) and presented language. * Based on Brand Guidelines, produces high-quality, visually appealing packaging prototypes/mock-ups to present and evaluate product concepts and/or guideline applications, enabling stakeholders to visualize the final product. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs align with product positioning and marketing strategies. * Works closely with internal stakeholders to gain deep understanding of their communication objectives and initial briefings, ensuring successful execution of packaging design projects. * Supports the Brand Team and/or Brand Design Specialists in testing and visualizing new brand guidelines applied to different packaging formats and brands. * Ensures all delivered materials comply with Nestlé’s Global Ways of Working in Design, including use of all digital tools (D2D, ContentHub), and collaborates with other IMS teams to tag packaging files and URDs. * Works closely with the E-content team to ensure fidelity of packaging adaptations, enhancing online visualization of CGIs on e-commerce platforms, retailer websites, hero images, and others. * Collaborates with the D2D team when uploading adapted master design files into ContentHub, enabling the team to continue the workflow process within the tool. * Contributes to Global Color Management ambitions by reducing complexity and improving consistency and quality. **What will contribute to your success:** * Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for conversation is mandatory. * Experience in packaging design, preferably with a portfolio including food and beverage brands. * Strong understanding of packaging and brand design principles, with excellent graphic design skills. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC and familiarity with digital asset management workflows and systems. * Packaging design portfolio demonstrating renders and design execution. * Experience ensuring application of brand standards across different packaging formats and purposes. * Ability to navigate multiple brands while maintaining deep understanding of their unique behaviors and characteristics. * Experience applying brand guidelines in packaging adaptation projects. * Desired experience successfully implementing new identities in packaging design projects. * Attention to detail and passion for precision. * Clear communication skills with excellent response times. * Team-oriented and results-driven attitude, approaching work with empathy, enthusiasm, responsibility, and adaptability. * Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
