




Job Summary: Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to negotiation closure, with a focus on continuous improvement and analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Support continuous improvement of departmental processes Responsibilities and Duties * Manage the end\-to\-end procurement process, from requisition to negotiation closure; * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, market research, and proposal evaluations; * Negotiate prices, contracts, delivery timelines, and commercial terms; * Develop, assess, and qualify suppliers; perform follow\-up and monitor SLAs; * Record and control actions in SAP; * Actively support continuous improvement of departmental processes; * Generate reports and analyses using Excel (intermediate level); Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement; experience in facilities management is a plus; * Analytical, dynamic, hands\-on profile with high flexibility; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * SAP experience is desirable; * Knowledge of Tax Invoice (Nota Fiscal) is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
