Position:
**Senior Human Resources Analyst**
Role Objective
Manage Human Resources Department processes, ensuring accurate execution of labor-related routines, compliance with current legislation, and alignment between the company and outsourced accounting.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as the interface between the company and the outsourced accounting firm responsible for payroll processing.
* Review and validate payroll, labor charges, vacation payments, 13th salary, and other labor-related calculations.
* Manage and schedule employee vacations.
* Conduct onboarding processes, including document verification, registration, and integration with accounting.
* Manage offboarding processes, including review of severance calculations, documentation, and mandatory homologations.
* Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, medical assistance, dental assistance, health plans, and other benefits offered by the company).
* Manage working hour control via electronic timekeeping system, performing reviews, resolving inconsistencies, and monthly closing.
* Provide support to employees regarding questions related to Human Resources Department routines.
* Monitor social security leaves, licenses, and medical certificates.
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT), collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.
* Prepare controls, indicators, and management reports for the department.
* Support internal and external audits related to the Human Resources Department.
Requirements
* Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Solid experience in Human Resources Department.
* Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, vacation, benefits, and timekeeping routines.
* Experience working with payroll processed by outsourced accounting.
* Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT) and eSocial.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Experience with HR management systems is desirable.
