We believe these values shape not only how we conduct business but also how we interact with our employees, clients, and partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain web applications (front-end and back-end); * Participate in the creation of new projects and continue ongoing projects; * Build AI (Artificial Intelligence) solutions for process analysis and automation; * Develop scripts and applications in Python; * Build and optimize Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports; * Integrate systems and databases; * Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements and propose solutions; * Ensure application quality, performance, and scalability. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Experience as a Full Stack Developer; * Proficiency in Python; * Experience with AI tools and concepts (Machine Learning, automation, etc.); * Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar); * Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL); * Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks); * Analytical mindset and data-oriented profile.
