Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for multidisciplinary management and analysis, focusing on verification, monitoring, and oversight of processes, with intensive teamwork collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative and multidisciplinary work in process management and analysis. 2. Management of designers and project deliveries using BIM. 3. Research and analysis of new technologies and processes. The role primarily focuses on multidisciplinary management and analysis tasks. Verification, monitoring, and oversight of existing processes. Direct involvement in departmental deliverables through critical analysis, proactive response to demands, and intensive teamwork. Assisting in gathering information on new processes. The department’s culture is highly collaborative. **Responsibilities and Duties** Duties: * Manage regional designers; * Manage regional project deliveries; * Provide support in specific studies during project development; * Analyze and support the project coordination process; * Develop and/or assist in developing construction details and execution details to support engineering, including support for specific studies; * Develop and/or assist in building the engineering model on the BIM platform (Revit); * Support other related departments (including construction sites) regarding execution projects; * Research and analyze new processes (e.g., new technologies, tools, regulations, etc.) to acquire practical knowledge for application. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit and BIM-based project management processes. Familiarity with agile methodologies.
