Perform various daily administrative tasks; Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, including spreadsheet creation and completion, use of simple formulas, filters, data organization, and report generation. 2\. Enter data into computerized systems and perform queries; 3\. Prepare reports under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, highlighting necessary topics monthly; 4\. Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn official regulation systems, especially the CORE/MS System and other SUS-used systems. 5\. Familiarity with SUS legislation, clinical care pathways, intermunicipal agreements, and principles of access regulation. 6\. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams, municipalities, and regulatory agencies. 7\. Critical analytical skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving capacity within the context of hospital regulation. 8\. Professional ethics, confidentiality of information, responsibility, and commitment to institutional standards. 9\. Willingness to work collaboratively, adhere to routines, shifts, and service demands as required. 10\.
