The Comercial Mariano Commercial Group, founded in 1989 by Norival Mariano, began its journey with a single store in Dourados/MS. With a mission to serve society and become a reference in its segment, it progressively evolved into a major distribution network for lubricants and filters through Comercial Mariano Stores. The Group employs over 430 people and continuously invests in training, seeking innovation at all levels through digital transformation, growth marketing, and relationship management. Comercial Mariano has been active in the wholesale and retail market for lubricants, filters, additives, and automotive cleaning products **for over 35 years.** It holds **exclusive distribution rights for Ipiranga oils (states of AC, MT, MS, PA, and RO) and Texaco oils (only in the states of MS \& MT)**, and is an authorized reseller of Mann, Tecfil, Donaldson, and Fleetguard filters for light-duty, heavy-duty, industrial equipment, and agricultural machinery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Payroll processing. * Responsible for timekeeping/benefits payments; * HR processes: onboarding, including timekeeping receipt, payroll closing, and benefits administration; * Employee hour bank control; * Benefits management: handling vacation scheduling and vacation payouts; * Benefits control and analysis for salary payments; * Employee support and assistance; * Compliance with statutory deadlines; * Advising and monitoring managers regarding potential regulatory deviations; * Supporting other HR Payroll Department routines; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in HR Payroll or Human Resources; **Additional Information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience; * Additional benefits including Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Plan, and Meal Voucher. * Opportunities for career advancement and participation in strategic projects; * Dynamic work environment; * Opportunity to work for one of the leading companies in the market, currently undergoing rapid expansion. * Market-competitive salary.
