Support the effective implementation of regulatory and complementary instruments; 2\. Participate in the implementation, development, monitoring of results, and improvement of Strategic Planning and Audit processes; 3\. Certifications and Risk Management; 4\. Lead incident notification management with the team; 5\. Structure and promote continuous improvement, together with unit managers/responsible personnel, of indicators for service performance monitoring; 6\. Prepare reports on activities conducted, including respective outcomes, and present them to the immediate sector management; 7\.
