This is an essential role to ensure the final quality of the railway line and operational continuity. Key responsibilities include: * Refuel machines using appropriate equipment and tools, ensuring uninterrupted operation throughout the work shift. * Perform basic maintenance following standardized procedures to ensure tamping machine availability and proper functioning. * Clean machines and equipment as instructed by the Machine Operator, ensuring appropriate hygiene, preservation, and safety conditions. * Position flags and other signage, strictly adhering to current safety procedures to protect teams and operations. * Support maintenance teams by participating in corrective and preventive maintenance activities when required. * Follow operational procedures established in the area’s Career Path, contributing to progressive development up to Operator I, II, and Master levels. * Perform duties inherent to the role at any company location, as required by operational demand. * Support tamping machine operations, contributing to the final finishing of the railway line.
