Job Summary: Serve as an instructor for onboarding, training, and refresher courses for truck drivers, providing guidance on defensive driving and road safety, and monitoring performance on routes. Monitoring truck drivers on routes and standardizing processes. **TRUCK DRIVER INSTRUCTOR (MASTER DRIVER) \- PONTA GROSSA/PR** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Serve as an instructor for the onboarding, training, and refresher courses for truck drivers. Provide guidance on defensive driving practices, eco-driving, road safety, and accident prevention. Monitor truck drivers on routes, evaluating technical performance, behavior, and adherence to operational procedures. Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, internal policies, working hours, and safety rules. Conduct vehicle checklists, reporting maintenance needs and safety conditions. Support the Transportation Department in standardizing processes, procedures, and operational best practices. Document evaluations, feedback, and evidence of completed trainings. Prevent losses, damages, and incidents during transportation operations.
