The Cashier is the key piece in finalizing the shopping experience. The professional will be responsible for accurately processing all financial transactions, maintaining organization in the cashier area, and ensuring excellent customer service that reflects our brand’s quality standards. ### **Responsibilities** * Greet customers courteously and enthusiastically, serving as the face of our store. * Assist customers in selecting products, informing them about current promotions, new arrivals, and exclusive benefits. * Register all purchases in the system quickly and accurately. * Receive payments using all available methods (cash, cards, checks, or others), verifying amounts rigorously. * Issue fiscal receipts and purchase receipts. * Perform daily cash closing with precision and responsibility. * Ensure the cash register is stocked with sufficient change and all consumable materials (receipt rolls, shopping bags, etc.). * Clarify customer inquiries and handle complaints calmly and professionally. * Process product exchanges and returns strictly in accordance with company policies. * Escalate to supervision cases requiring special approval or greater complexity. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed High School. * **Experience:** Proven experience as a Cashier or in similar retail roles. * **Knowledge:** Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. * **Competencies:** Excellent interpersonal communication, customer focus, proactivity, and attention to detail.
