Product Engineering Intern

Alubar is hiring a Product Engineering Intern to work at its Barcarena/PA unit. This person will be responsible for performing technical and administrative activities related to the work carried out by the department, always under the approval of a team member or the department manager. **Responsibilities and Duties** Specific Duties: a) Learn and identify ALUBAR’s entire product line; b) Learn production processes and identify all stages of electrical cable manufacturing; c) Learn and identify technical and construction requirements for electrical cables, as well as tests required by standards; d) Learn key customers and identify their specific requirements (technical specifications); e) Learn limiting and/or restrictive factors in electrical cable manufacturing, testing, and packaging; f) Assist in preparing *Data\-Sheets* for cables, technical drawings, inspection and test plans, raw material specifications, work instructions, procedures, handling manuals, and product catalogs; g) Assist in preparing calculation spreadsheets, graphs and technical tables, product presentations/training materials, and technical reports; h) Control and organize physical and digital documents, standards, and specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or Control and Automation Engineering, **starting from the 5th semester.** * **Language:** Intermediate English (reading and writing). * **Basic Knowledge:** Proficiency in computer applications (intermediate *Office* suite). * **Desirable Knowledge:** Power\-BI and drawing tools such as *Solid Works*, *Inventor*, or *AutoCad*. **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Birthday gift card * Alubar Group is a transformation industry providing solutions in electrical cables, rebars, and aluminum alloys, operating in power transmission and distribution.
