As an HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include: \- Supporting the HR team in performing administrative tasks, such as timekeeping, updating spreadsheets, managing benefits, processing hires and terminations, and maintaining employee registration data; \- Assisting with the organization and archiving of employee documents; \- Providing support to employees by addressing inquiries regarding benefits and internal procedures; \- Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve departmental processes; \- Distributing and managing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for employees; \- Supporting internal events; \- Assisting in recruitment and selection processes. Requirements: \- Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration; \- Knowledge of HR and personnel department routines; \- Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; \- Proactivity, agility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
