### **Responsibilities** * Assist in conducting **physical and metric surveys** on construction sites, renovations, and buildings. * Perform **simple measurements** and record field data using tape measures, laser devices, or other instruments. * Support the preparation of **sketches, reports, spreadsheets, and floor plan updates**. * Take photographs and document actual site conditions to support the technical team. * Identify and record discrepancies between design plans and construction work. * Organize field data collected and transfer information to the engineering/architecture team. * Accompany technical visits and provide support in basic planning activities. ### **Requirements** * Ongoing or completed education in **Building Technology**, **Civil Engineering**, or related fields. * Basic understanding of **reading and interpreting technical drawings**. * Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD** and **Excel**. * Ability to work on-site and follow technical visit routines. * Organized, attentive, and good communication skills.
