It provides services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Support day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operational activities. Populate, update, and verify Excel spreadsheets, maintaining organized and reliable data. Assist customers (in person, by phone, or digitally), providing information courteously, clearly, and promptly. Perform proofreading and spelling correction of reports, documents, and internal communications, ensuring textual quality and standardization. Organize physical and digital documents, safeguarding confidentiality and integrity of information. Support other administrative tasks as required by the department. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
