Collaboration in continuous improvement of production processes **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Level:** Trainee **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Responsibilities in the Area of Expertise:** Participate in agricultural planning and development processes, ensuring alignment with technical and strategic guidelines of the area; Monitor agricultural experimentation processes, developing protocols, overseeing implementation, collecting data, and preparing technical reports; Contribute to harvest, renovation, and planting planning, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards; Support activities related to crop varieties, pest and disease management, and production of PB seedlings (Pre\-Sprouted Seedlings); Participate in soybean crop planning and management, aiming for productive efficiency, sustainability, and optimal resource utilization; Collaborate with technical and operational teams in analyzing agricultural data and implementing continuous improvements in production processes. **Trainee Program Activities:** In the first year of the program, participants will carry out activities related to the Development Pathway and Project creation.
