We are seeking a professional who goes beyond operational tasks, directly contributing to contract management, credit recovery, and the company's legal routines. **About the opportunity** The Legal Assistant will have a practical and strategic role, supporting legal and administrative demands with a focus on contract monitoring, negotiations, and legal proceedings. **Key responsibilities** * Monitor default on inactive contracts * Contact clients for debt negotiation * Conduct collections and follow up on agreed settlements * Monitor protests and judicial actions * Execute procedural actions (filing, monitoring, filing submissions) * Verify and organize vehicle documentation * Schedule vehicle inspections with DETRAN * Monitor removal and installation of tracking devices **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Law or related fields * Knowledge of legal routines * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Agility and proactivity * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Familiarity with court and district court systems **Compensation and benefits** * Transportation allowance or cost-of-living subsidy (R$350.00) * Lunch provided at the company Salary: R$1.800,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Work location: On-site
