If you enjoy end-to-end HR work, developing people, and strategically supporting the business, this role is for you! **Training & Development** * Plan, execute, and monitor Training & Development initiatives, ensuring compliance with the Annual Training Plan (PAT); * Develop training content—including materials, presentations, learning paths, and knowledge capsules; * Deliver internal training sessions, especially those focused on behavioral development, organizational culture, and best practices in customer service; * Lead and support onboarding of new employees, ensuring structured integration aligned with company culture; * Manage training logistics (scheduling, invitations, records, and tracking); * Monitor and analyze T&D KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implemented initiatives. **Recruitment & Selection** * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes—from aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers to final hiring decisions; * Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, assessing candidates’ technical and cultural fit; * Support managers in defining job profiles and making hiring decisions during selection processes; * Track recruitment process flow to ensure adherence to hiring SLAs; * Provide structured feedback to candidates, enhancing candidate experience and reinforcing the company’s employer brand. **KPI Management & Leadership Interface** * Consolidate and periodically close HR KPIs—especially those related to Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, and Feedback; * Prepare analytical reports and executive presentations, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities; * Present HR results and KPIs in meetings with managers and executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making; * Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill vacancies, training effectiveness, turnover, and team development; * Identify HR process improvement opportunities based on data and KPIs. **Employee Development & Leadership Support** * Support managers in delivering feedback and developing their teams; * Serve as an internal partner to leaders, advising on best practices in people management; * Support initiatives related to organizational climate, employee engagement, and team development; * Contribute to internal communication efforts and strengthening of organizational culture. **Generalist HR Operations** * Perform administrative HR controls (spreadsheets, systems, records, and KPI tracking); * Support internal marketing and internal communication initiatives; * Address HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
