Focus on governance, operational efficiency and sustainable growth **Job Mission:** Lead the **Controller, Finance and Accounting Compliance** function, focusing on **governance, financial health, operational efficiency and sustainable growth** of the group and its affiliated companies. This professional will play a strategic role, working directly with the **Executive Board**, supporting decision-making through robust financial analysis, performance indicators, process structuring and strengthening of financial governance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the **tactical and operational planning of the finance department**, covering economic, financial and accounting controller functions; * Ensure financial health and business sustainability, focusing on profitability, liquidity, efficiency and growth; * Develop, analyze and monitor **annual budgets, financial forecasts, cost analyses, revenue analyses, investment analyses and profit margin analyses**; * Monitor and analyze financial and economic KPIs, such as Revenue, Gross Margin and Profit Margin, EBITIDA, Cash Flow, liquidity, etc.; * Conduct **short-, medium- and long-term financial analyses**, performing forecasts, provisions and scenario planning; * Prepare and provide inputs for **Income Statements (DREs), balance sheets, trial balances and management reports**, ensuring accurate information for the Finance Executive Board; * Ensure **accounting, tax, labor and regulatory compliance**, particularly considering iGaming sector legislation; * Monitor and ensure the **accuracy of accounting information**, reconciliations, classifications, inventories and financial records; * Manage and optimize **Cash Flow**, controlling inflows, outflows, future commitments and settlement of obligations; * Control the **macro-flow of financial processes**; * Proactively identify financial and operational risks, proposing mitigation strategies, cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements; * Ensure **full traceability of financial operations**, from request initiation through to treasury settlement; * Prepare **management presentations and executive analyses** to support the Executive Board’s decision-making; * Lead initiatives related to **automation, process standardization, innovation, benchmarking and best practices** across the finance ecosystem; **Requirements:** * Solid experience in **Financial Controller, Management Accounting and Financial Management**; * Proficiency in **preparing, analyzing and interpreting** financial reports; * Proficiency in **financial and economic KPIs**; * **Strong knowledge of** **financial, tax and fiscal accounting**; * Knowledge of internal audit, internal controls and financial governance; * Experience in **governance, compliance and process structuring.** **Additional Information:** * On-site position.
