Our culture values people as the organization's main asset, encouraging talent development and promoting an environment of collaboration, well-being, and high performance. **What you will do:** Develop monthly social media content plans, integrating institutional content, campaigns, seasonal actions, and interactions; Actively participate in seasonal campaign planning, contributing creative ideas, channel-specific approaches, and content rollouts; Create captions and guide text usage for reels, stories, posts, and other native formats; Lead alignment between copywriting, creators, design, and audiovisual teams on social media deliverables; Generate monthly social media performance reports; Analyze post performance and propose optimizations based on reach, engagement, and click data; Supervise editorial calendar execution and support the Junior Social Media specialist in posting and interactions; Participate in the creation of digital ideas and activations focused on engagement; Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual aesthetics, and delivery frequency; Monitor industry trends and best practices to apply innovations to content formats; Prepare comprehensive briefs for campaigns, impact pieces, videos, and other strategic deliverables, in alignment with coordination and brand management. **What you need to have:** Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing or related fields; Experience in content planning and editorial calendar development; Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn); Creative and strategic writing for social media; Experience in data analysis (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.). **Advantageous qualifications:** Experience in creating, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns; Prior experience in content marketing, working with brands that have a defined editorial line and publication calendar; Participation in campaigns and tactical organic media actions.
