Job Summary: This professional will assist in kitchen operations, ranging from sanitation and food pre-preparation to direct support for chefs during cooking and plating of dishes, ensuring organization and hygiene. Maintenance of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and organization **Responsibilities:** Assist in kitchen operations, including sanitation, ingredient cutting and portioning, as well as food pre\-preparation and simple base preparations; ensure organization of work surfaces, cold rooms, and inventory with proper product rotation; provide direct support to chefs during cooking, plating of dishes, sandwiches, delegation kits, and buffet service, ensuring food quality, freshness, temperature control, and appropriate storage; maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, including washing and sterilization of tableware and utensils, organization of work areas, and proper waste disposal; additionally, assist in receiving and inspecting goods, maintaining minimum stock levels, and ensuring proper equipment operation by reporting needs for replenishment or maintenance. **Requirements:** Proven experience in this role as documented in the CTPS (Brazilian Work Record Book); alignment with América’s organizational culture, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to representing the club. **Schedule:** 6-day workweek with 1 day off \- 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM **Location:** CT Lanna Drumond. **Address:** R.
