




Job Summary: This pharmacist will provide customer service, dispense medications, deliver pharmaceutical care, lead the team, and manage the store, promoting health and complying with regulations. This pharmacist will work a weekly schedule of 30 hours. Your responsibilities include customer consultations and medication dispensing, pharmaceutical care, customer guidance, and administration of injectables. You will train staff, support store management, register prescriptions in the SNGPC system, verify controlled drug cabinets, organize the pharmacy area, update and review operational procedures. You will also engage in health promotion activities and participate in or organize internal and external events. Compliance with sanitary regulations and internal procedures is mandatory. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor storage conditions of pharmaceutical products, especially controlled substances. * Monitor inventory levels, place orders, track expiration dates and storage conditions, ensuring product organization. * Dispense medications, guide customers, and provide pharmaceutical care. * Sell, negotiate, recommend, and enhance the customer experience. * Manage the controlled drug cabinet and register prescriptions in the SNGPC system. * Monitor ambient and refrigerator temperatures for medications. * Administer injectables, measure blood pressure, perform rapid tests, administer vaccines, participate in health initiatives and events. * Participate in audits and inspections. * Maintain and control reports and documentation, keeping them up-to-date in compliance with regulatory authorities. * Support store management by training staff, organizing the store, tracking goals and results, monitoring compliance with standards, procedures, and legislation. * Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor sanitary legislation, and stay current on pharmaceutical practices. **Skills:** * Technical knowledge and pharmaceutical legislation * Clear communication, patience, and active listening * Leadership and accountability * Organization, initiative, and discipline * Interpersonal skills and flexibility * Sales ability and results orientation * Teaching ability and problem-solving skills * Numerical and basic mathematical proficiency **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) * Prior experience in pharmacies and pharmaceutical sales preferred * Proficiency in computer applications and sanitary legislation * Flexible availability for working hours * High productivity and strong intellectual potential * Proactive profile with enthusiasm and willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment Here, those who care are also cared for.
