Control and replenishment of food supplies Main Responsibilities * **Ingredient Preparation:** Washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning food items. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keeping the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized. * **Assistance in Cooking:** Supporting chefs in recipe execution, such as boiling, baking, and grilling. * **Inventory Control:** Checking and restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage conditions. * **Plate Assembly:** Assisting in finalizing and presenting meal boxes before service. * **Food Safety:** Adhering to hygiene and safety standards to prevent contamination.
