




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Process and Information Analyst to map, document, and propose improvements to business processes; support application development; and manage Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards. We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Junior Process and Information Analyst. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, document, and propose improvements to processes across various organizational departments; * Support the development and maintenance of applications across different platforms; * Create, publish, and manage Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards; * Collect, process, and analyze data to generate insights and reports; * Support internal teams with on-demand digital solutions and analyses; * Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains; * Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand needs and translate them into solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience or knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar); * Advanced Excel skills; * Familiarity with digital solution development; * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability; * Strong communication skills and ability to work simultaneously with multiple departments; * Proactive profile with willingness to learn new technologies. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)** * Knowledge of SQL and programming languages (Python, JavaScript); * Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, BPM, Six Sigma); * Hands-on experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make); * Knowledge of project management and tools such as Trello, Jira, or similar; * Experience with APIs and system integrations.
