Learn more about our company! \#vemsersolucoaequipamentos https://sesolucao.com.br/produtos/ **Job Description** Responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement. Works directly with data analysis, bottleneck identification, and implementation of solutions to support the evolution of the company’s industrial processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Compile and analyze production data to build performance indicators * Map losses and bottlenecks in production processes * Conduct analyses and develop action plans for continuous improvement and waste reduction * Support process standardization and preparation of technical documentation (operational procedures, manufacturing plans, and technical specifications) * Address non-conformities by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions * Apply continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) * Support and monitor projects within the Process Engineering department **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role or a similar position * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing * Proficiency in Excel * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, 5S) **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and proactive mindset * Strong problem-solving ability * Organized and detail-oriented * Good communication skills and teamwork orientation **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial production processes **Benefits** * Health and dental insurance (UNIFÁCIL and ODONTOPREV) * Pharmacy benefits (Farmácia do Marquinhos and Droga Clara) * Meal allowance (R$100.00 Flash Card) * Attendance bonus (R$100.00 Flash Card) * On-site meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack) * Transportation allowance (VT) and/or chartered bus (routes available in select areas) * SESI Club membership * Partnership with SCI BRASIL Training School * Partnerships with Anhaguera and Unicesumar Universities * Partnership with CCAA Betim Language School **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
