You will be responsible for acquiring and managing the team of strategic partners highly valuable to this vertical, collaborating closely with the commercial team to develop, execute, and lead strategies to bring in high-impact partners capable of driving significant, sustainable growth for our business. Role Responsibilities: Analysis and Strategy: * Possess deep understanding of business data and ability to leverage it to identify problems, generate insights, and influence decision-making. Capable of connecting the dots and seeing the big picture through analytical thinking. * Ability to analyze the sales portfolio using provided tools to generate effective strategies and insights. Define clear goals and performance expectations for the team. * Identify key internal stakeholders and build a strategy to influence them. * Prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives and communicate the business area’s direction to the team at a small scale. Project Management and Execution \- Possess foundational project management skills. Be perceptive and creative in identifying solutions to achieve objectives. Understand how these contribute to overall results. \- Strong short-term prioritization sense, able to align individual priorities with team priorities, and know how to contribute to supporting team/organizational priorities. \- Problem Solving: Understand underlying problems and develop and evaluate solutions. \- Able to effectively identify and manage risks and adopt a proactive approach to resolving operational issues. Leadership, Communication and Relationship Building \- Act as a role model for the team and set a strong example of best practices. * Be close to the team and collaborative, adopting a hands-on approach to deliver large-scale team results. * Ability to engage/motivate the team to create the best possible environment for delivering results—and consistently seek ways to exceed expectations. * Share experiences and practices within the team’s limited scope. * Clearly communicate team goals and work priorities, and drive effective outcomes. * Build strong relationships with external organizations and handle sophisticated clients confidently. Behavioral Attributes * Flexibility in changing strategy and delivering results, capable of providing guidance and shadowing support. * Adaptability * Resilience Role Qualifications: Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, with an MBA or postgraduate qualification. Commercial Experience: At least 5 years of progressive commercial experience, including Strategic Accounts (CKA) and managing long-cycle, complex negotiations. Leadership: Minimum of 1 year of management experience, with strong focus on team leadership and accountability for results (targets). People Management Skills: Strong ability to motivate, develop, and retain talent. Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish. Industry Experience: Prior experience working in high-growth environments such as startups or technology companies is important.
