Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with data processing, vehicle counting alongside IA, spreadsheet updates; submit daily budget requests and prepare weekly expense forecasts; * Provide administrative support to field teams; * Assist with quotation and contracting of services such as accommodation and travel; * Enter and verify data in the system; * Manage traffic fine records; * Manage vehicle rental records; * Monitor and control fuel consumption; * Perform other tasks related to routine administrative activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Microsoft Office suite; * TOTVS RM. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 2\.145,73; * Meal or food allowance of R$ 42.00 per day; * Life insurance; * Co-payment health plan; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Partnerships with universities; * SESC club membership; * Birthday day-off; * Totalpass.
