Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * ORDER TRACKING \- Manage daily operational routines—including receipt, verification, approval, dispatch, and follow-up of orders—using e\-mails, RM Nucleos system, and control spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and excellent delivery of materials to customers. * ANALYSIS ORDER PROCESSING \- Support pedagogical teams in implementing, sending, tracking, and delivering analysis orders via RM Nucleos system and Microsoft Excel, serving clients aiming to expand into additional segments. * CUSTOMER SERVICE \- Provide telephone, e\-mail, and digital platform support to internal and external customers, delivering information and resolving inquiries. * CRM UPDATES \- Assist in updating the digital CRM platform by maintaining customer registration data, recording incidents and complaints, to ensure up-to-date partner information. * PRODUCT REGISTRATION \- Support registration of new products using the RM Nucleos system, making them available for future order implementation. * CONTRACTS, TERMS, AND SUPPLY ORDERS \- Monitor updates to contracts, terms, and supply orders; send PDF files via e\-mail to guarantee physical receipt by the customer with proper signatures. * CONTROLS AND SCHEDULES \- Develop and update client-specific control spreadsheets—such as printing calendars, availability schedules, and payment timelines—using Microsoft Excel and the digital platform (CRM), meeting partner school requirements. * RETURNS \- Implement and manage return requests so dispatch/verification teams have access to authorized items, using the RM Nucleos system to ensure accurate inter-departmental and customer information flow. * EVENTS \- Participate in BSE fairs and events, assisting with participant reception and accreditation to ensure outstanding service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education * Specific Knowledge \- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with TOTVS RM system is desirable. **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and more—for you and your family Mothers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday ‍ Fathers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from birth until the child’s sixth month Data protection changes everything During our candidate selection process for open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
