**What will be your challenges?**
* Clarify technical questions from customers and staff, ensuring safe guidance on medications and delivering high-quality customer service;
* Provide pharmaceutical care and clinical services, ensuring the correct and responsible use of medications;
* Monitor the entry and exit of psychotropic and narcotic medications in compliance with ANVISA regulations;
* Verify adherence to technical and legal procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and good practices;
* Coordinate documentation and resolution of technical non-conformities, proposing appropriate and safe solutions;
* Supervise product recalls and conduct product verifications as required by law;
* Support store leadership in operational routines and team direction;
* Contribute to team development by sharing technical knowledge in day-to-day activities;
* Participate in routine inventory counts, ensuring stock control and accuracy;
**Requirements**

* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy;
* Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration;
* Availability to work according to the schedule specified for this position;
