**Objective:**
Support routine activities related to receiving, verifying, recording, labeling, organizing, and controlling goods, ensuring correct entry of invoices, transfers, returns, and other inventory-related movements for the store.
**Main Responsibilities:**
· Verify and download XML files received via webmail, supporting the invoice entry process.
· Receive goods from distributors and carriers, checking quantities, expiration dates, batches, and product integrity.
· Record goods via XML or manually when necessary, requesting the XML from the distributor if pending.
· Verify and label recorded products, separating items requiring verification by management or the responsible supervisor.
· Store controlled medications according to instructions, make copies of invoices, and verify batches, adhering to company procedures and those defined by the responsible pharmacist.
· Perform product tracking, control, and modification, including organizing and updating specific labels.
· Separate and submit invoices and XML files monthly to the tax department.
· Forward copies of verified invoices for controlled medications to the responsible pharmacist.
· Deliver or forward files and documents to accounting upon request.
· Occasionally process returns via reverse postal code through Correios and support external services such as bill payments and deposits, when authorized by management.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and appropriate work environment for receiving and verifying goods.
· Retrieve and separate transfers for the sales team, contributing to the agility of internal processes.
· Support inventory organization and comply with internal standards, receiving workflows, safety, and goods control.
