Are you interested and ready to join this team that works daily to keep Brazil moving—connecting industries and people? **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in monitoring fleet performance metrics, calculating revenue, kilometers driven, and operating costs, as well as determining driver incentives. * Adjust extra transportation expenses and submit reports to management. * Follow up on submission of completed forms by drivers to ensure complete data. * Calculate fleet revenue by verifying freight bills and cross-checking system and spreadsheet values. * Submit data for third-party and affiliated drivers to insurance providers for registration and authorize shipments after regularization. * Record operational non-conformities in the system and manage incident resolution. * Issue RPS (Revenue Payment Receipts) for released volumes following incident resolution. * Assist and guide drivers regarding non-conformities. * Prepare indemnity claims, attaching required documentation and completing receipts. * Support other related activities as requested by immediate supervisor. **What We Seek:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Analytical ability and problem-solving capacity. * Commitment to quality and deadlines. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Minimum 6 months of experience * Proficiency in microcomputer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) * Knowledge of logistics, operations, and product distribution processes * Familiarity with vehicle types and capacities used by the company **Advantages:** * Prior experience in the transportation sector **Benefits:** * Health and Dental Plans (co-payment) * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance (CCT) * Gympass * Baby Kit * School Kit * Christmas Kit **More than a transportation company—we are Patrus.** **Build your career with us!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
