Our culture values people as the organization's main asset, encouraging talent development and promoting an environment of collaboration, well-being, and high performance. **What you will do:** Monitor the implementation and execution of SOPs, policies, and institutional checklists, ensuring compliance with internal standards and current legislation; Periodically audit operational and administrative processes, identifying deviations, root causes, and improvement opportunities; Support the standardization and updating of workflows, work instructions, and cross-functional policies in alignment with ClickUp’s structure; Monitor performance indicators (KPIs, OKRs, and compliance targets) together with relevant departments; Facilitate communication between managers and teams, transforming strategic guidelines into practical and trackable actions; Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans based on PDCA analysis and quality tools (5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto, among others); Support the internal training program and new employee onboarding routines, ensuring procedural practices are clearly and consistently disseminated; Participate in lessons learned meetings and continuous improvement cycles, recording insights and consolidating institutional knowledge. **What you need to have:** Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; Practical experience in BPM, process auditing, quality management, or corporate governance; Knowledge of process mapping (BPMN) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen); Strong analytical skills to transform technical guidelines into operational action plans; Interpersonal skills and ability to guide managers and teams in executing standardized routines; Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented; Experience with ClickUp, Power BI, or similar project and performance management tools is a plus.
