We are seeking a Senior Designer to strengthen our marketing team, ensure brand visual identity, and uphold excellence in the design team’s deliverables. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Create graphic materials for advertising campaigns, social media, emails, catalogs, packaging, and point-of-sale materials; Develop layouts, visual identities, and creative concepts for diverse projects; Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all communication channels; Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into impactful visual assets; Support the development of the junior design team by providing technical and creative guidance; Work closely with vendors and printing houses to ensure high-quality printed materials. **WHAT WE REQUIRE:** ✔ Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields; ✔ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably at senior level; ✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; ✔ Knowledge of digital design, UX/UI, and social media content production; ✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize timelines, and meet deadlines; ✔ Excellent aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and mastery of visual composition; ✔ Strong teamwork skills, ability to lead projects, and clear, assertive communication.
