Continuous improvement of transportation processes LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the role of Logistics Analyst in our company. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with constant interaction with carriers and internal departments * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail * Analytical ability to identify problems and propose solutions * Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) * Proactive mindset, with accountability for deadlines and deliverables **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor order flow from dispatch through final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Monitor performance indicators (OTIF, SLA), taking preventive action against delays and non-conformities; * Control delivery schedules for a strategic channel, ensuring compliance with specific requirements; * Collaborate directly with carriers to align deadlines, resolve incidents, and improve performance; * Analyze and resolve logistics incidents (delays, lost shipments, damages, and returns), proposing solutions and preventing recurrence; * Manage reverse logistics and redelivery processes; * Support continuous improvement of transportation and scheduling processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in transportation or distribution logistics; * Experience managing carriers; * Familiarity with TMS and ERP systems; * Experience managing scheduling and channels with strict SLAs; * Negotiation skills with carriers and logistics partners.
