CNTRLINE is a company specialized in logistics and transportation solutions. It offers supply chain management and cargo transportation services. **Responsibilities:** Oversee financial analyses, support departments, and propose changes. Be responsible for accounting and managerial closing. Analyze balance sheets and monthly trial balances. Prepare managerial reports containing relevant accounting information. Develop operational, economic, and accounting projections (e.g., budgeting). Review reconciliation activities, inventory usage, and import accounting. Verify data entry to ensure information integrity. Review reconciliation and calculation of actual material costs. Review analysis and adjustment of materials and services in the manufacturing process. Analyze revenue and expense allocation by project. Analyze cost center classification, expense nature, origin, and application. Be responsible for final review of tax calculations (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and withholdings) and ensure accuracy of information in filing ancillary obligations. Support corporate tax planning. Monitor administrative, finance, accounting, and tax processes and routines, ensuring execution within deadlines. Manage the team, evaluate deliverables and results, and monitor development and performance to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met. Implement automation/improvements in activities within the areas under leadership. Previous experience as Controller Manager, Financial Coordinator, Controller Supervisor, or Senior Controller Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
