If you are organized, quick, attentive to details, have good communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers (both in person and digitally), we want to meet you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Cashier and Delivery Operations:** * Accurately perform daily cash register opening and closing procedures. * Process all types of customer payments (cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, vouchers) quickly and correctly. * **Manage orders received through delivery platforms (iFood and other partner apps), ensuring correct entry into the system (POS).** * Issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations. * Maintain control of the petty cash fund (change box) and request replenishment when necessary. * **Customer Service (In-Person and Digital):** * Greet customers during payment with friendliness and professionalism. * **Provide service via WhatsApp Business, answering questions, taking pickup (takeaway) or self-delivery orders.** * Clarify questions about amounts, payment methods, promotions, or bill items. * Provide a positive final experience by thanking customers for their visit and inviting them to return. * **Control and Closing Procedures:** * Perform daily verification of collected amounts (cash register movement), **reconciling dining room sales, delivery (apps), and WhatsApp orders.** * Ensure all sales records are accurate and aligned with platform reports. * Organize and prepare the deposit bag or closing report for administration/management. * Conduct secure cash withdrawals (cash drops) according to restaurant procedures. * **Problem Management:** * Listen to and resolve complaints or issues related to payments, bill amounts, or delivery orders calmly and efficiently. * Seek quick solutions or escalate to management to ensure customer satisfaction. * **Organization and Cleanliness:** * Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies (rolls, pens, etc.). * Take care of equipment under your responsibility (computer, card machine, fiscal printer, cell phone/tablet for orders). * **Communication and Teamwork:** * Communicate clearly with the service staff (waiters) about table status (closed bills, pending issues, etc.). * **Coordinate with kitchen and delivery riders the release, flow, and order of delivery and pickup orders, ensuring timely delivery.** * Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a harmonious environment and efficient service. * Participate in trainings and meetings as required. * **Basic Menu Knowledge:** * Be familiar with main products, prices, and active promotions to assist with quick inquiries at the counter and on WhatsApp. **Job type:** Full-time CLT **Experience:** * Cashier Operator (Required) * **Experience with management systems (POS) and delivery platforms (iFood) (Desirable)** * Experience in restaurant or pizzeria cashier roles (Desirable) Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1,518.00 - R$2,626.49 per month
