




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Representative to prospect and close enrollments in courses, working both in-person and digitally, with a focus on consultative service and student retention. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting and closing enrollments for undergraduate, graduate, technical, and vocational courses, working both in-person and digitally. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect new students and conduct external visits to companies and schools. * Attend to and follow up on leads via phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp until enrollment closure. * Present courses and their benefits, providing consultative and personalized service. * Participate in external campaigns and events to promote courses. * Maintain the CRM updated with information regarding negotiations and enrollments. * Retain current and former students, encouraging new enrollments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (a college degree is a plus). * Experience in sales, preferably in the education sector. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation. * Availability for external activities. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary + performance-based bonus. * Transportation allowance and meal voucher. * Scholarship of up to 80%. * Opportunity for professional growth. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.978,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Education assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sales (Mandatory)
