Therefore, enjoying working with people is a basic requirement for joining the Occupational Safety team—the department responsible for ensuring the safety of Unifique’s employees. **This and other job openings listed are available for persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor field activities to evaluate safety practices and propose improvements * Collect, analyze, and disseminate statistics on workplace accidents * Train staff, distribute, and inspect the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), and develop proposals to improve working conditions * Address requests from the Internal Accident Prevention Commission (CIPAA); assist in planning and executing the Annual Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT) * Develop, schedule, and deliver occupational safety training and refresher courses—including hands-on activities—to promote safety practices and prevent or minimize accidents * Collaborate on building modifications or new company installations to ensure safer working conditions * Maintain and update internal safety practice records—such as PPE distribution logs, service orders, activity and risk descriptions, mandatory training records, etc.; drive company vehicles and work in other cities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Strong communication, organization, and accountability **Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education Mandatory registration as an Occupational Safety Technician with the competent authority **Requirement:** Willingness to travel Valid driver’s license **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
