Job Summary:
Install and repair telecommunications networks, performing maintenance, testing, and configuration to ensure service quality, resolve faults, and guide customers.

Responsibilities:
Install and repair telecommunications networks, such as telephone and internet services;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cables and equipment;
Test and configure equipment to ensure service quality;
Identify and resolve technical failures in communication systems;
Perform cable routing, optical fiber splicing, and required connections;
Respond to technical service calls and ensure proper network operation;
Comply with safety regulations and correctly use PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE);
Guide customers on proper usage of installed services.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in telecommunications or electrical fields.

**Benefits:**
* Fixed salary: **R$ 1822,80 \+ 30% hazard pay**
* Meal allowance: **R$ 36.00 per workday.**
* Vehicle leasing assistance: **between R$ 1\.260,00 and R$ 1\.430,00 (subject to rules)**
* Bonus for meeting targets: **average of R$ 600,00\.**

Work schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM \- 2-hour break
(Monday to Saturday; 2 Saturdays per month)
**NOTE: A valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is mandatory for the Telecom Installer/Repair Technician role.**
Compensation: R$1\.822,80 \- R$2\.369,64 per month
