We are looking for a communicative, proactive professional passionate about the field of aesthetics to serve as a Sales Consultant at our specialized clinic offering aesthetic treatments and laser hair removal. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person and online consultations with clients interested in our procedures. * Present offered treatments, explaining benefits, packages, and unique selling points. * Perform follow-up with leads and clients to close sales. * Maintain and update the clinic’s CRM or internal system. * Support the client journey by delivering humanized and delightful service. * Work toward monthly sales and conversion targets. * Assist the team in organizing events and promotional campaigns. * Requirements: * Prior experience in sales. * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Organizational skills, results orientation, and teamwork spirit. * Basic knowledge of social media and CRM tools is a plus. * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience selling laser procedures or aesthetic treatments. * Technical training or courses in aesthetics is a plus (but not mandatory). * We Offer: * Fixed salary + attractive commission based on sales. * Training on the procedures we offer. * A pleasant work environment with opportunities for growth.
