Here, growth is accelerated for those who deliver. **Responsibilities:** * Edit short videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; * Assist in editing campaigns and institutional content; * Organize files, projects, and recording materials; * Add subtitles, soundtracks, and simple visual elements; * Assist in cutting content for different formats; * Collaborate with mid-level/senior editors, social media specialists, and videomakers; * Support the team with daily tasks; * Continuously seek visual references and trends; * Learn the company's visual and editing standards; * Continuously improve technical skills. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress, or courses in audiovisual, design, cinema, advertising, or related fields. * Portfolio and willingness to learn weigh more than formal diplomas. **Experience:** * Formal experience is not mandatory; * Bonus: personal projects, freelance work, self-initiated projects, or portfolio; * Bonus: basic experience with social media content. **Technical Skills:** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of: + Adobe Premiere; + CapCut; + After Effects (bonus); * Basic understanding of: + Editing rhythm; + Dynamic cuts; + Subtitling; + Vertical formats; * Familiarity with social media and digital behavior; * Bonus skills: + Simple motion graphics; + Audio knowledge; + Recording knowledge; + Use of AI for editing. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Willingness to learn; * Organization; * Responsibility toward deadlines; * Good communication; * Proactive attitude; * Receptiveness to feedback; * Genuine interest in audiovisual content and the internet; * Agility and commitment; * Ego-free mindset and readiness to grow quickly. **Other Requirements:** * Portfolio required, even if simple; * Personal projects may be submitted; * Availability for on-site/hybrid work; * Interest in professional growth within the creative field; * Ability to work well in a team. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday**: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM \- **Fridays**: 8:00 AM to 5:18 PM * 1-hour lunch break ### **Benefits** At Verdetec, we believe investing in people drives our growth.
