Handle damage cases, including settlement with customers and submission for indemnification. Initiate formal incident reports and register issues such as cargo loss via Police Reports (BOs). Provide customer service to resolve operational issues and gather necessary information. Monitor and prepare spreadsheets and reports to track operational pending items. Assist in the daily management of departmental operational activities.
